America Jane speaks is the blog for AmericaJane.net the complete database for scout programs (cub scouts and boy scouts) and youth programs of the LDS (Mormon) church, including Faith in God, Duty to God and Personal Progress.

I’m a mother of three boys and became acquainted with the scouting and LDS youth programs a little reluctantly. The phrase “Baptism by Fire” leaps to mind. It didn’t take long for my reluctance to blossom into enthusiasm when I saw all those programs have to offer my sons.

The America Jane website and this blog are the result of my desires to make it easier for busy, modern-day parents to help their children get the most out of these programs.
